• Phone-based AI voice agents
• SMS/text messaging for transactional communications
• Related AI-powered tools and platforms

SMS Terms

By verbally requesting a text message during a phone interaction with our AI voice agent, you consent to receive a transactional SMS from Leveraging AI, LLC.

• Message frequency varies — typically one message per interaction
• Message and data rates may apply
• Text STOP to any message to opt out
• Text HELP for support
• Compatible with all major US carriers
• Leveraging AI, LLC is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages due to carrier issues

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during interactions
• Not misuse, abuse, or attempt to manipulate the AI voice agents
• Not use the service for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or extract the underlying technology
• Not use the service to harass, threaten, or harm others

Intellectual Property

• All technology, code, AI systems, and proprietary processes are owned by Leveraging AI, LLC
• Users retain ownership of their own business data and content provided during interactions
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our technology without written permission

Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Specifically:

• We are not liable for AI responses that may contain inaccuracies or errors
• We are not liable for missed appointments or scheduling errors
• We are not responsible for carrier SMS delivery failures
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Leveraging AI, LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

• Either party may terminate the service relationship at any time
• Business data can be exported upon request prior to termination
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms
• Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Orange County, Florida.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
